Check-in time

Check-in time is from 2pm on your day of arrival and check-out is by 11am on your day of departure.

Please don't smoke

All our accommodation is smoke-free indoors.

No pets please

We don't allow our guests to bring pets.

Repairs or replacements

Guests will be charged for any repairs or replacements required because of damage to our property during their stay.

Payments

To confirm your booking we'll ask you to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable before or at the time you check in.

All our rates are subject to change without notice. Please confirm rates before making your booking. Rates are firm at time of deposit, but for advance bookings may be subject to change.

Payments via American Express of Diners club cards will attract a 3% surcharge

If you fail to turn up for your booking you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
